Photography Services in Paris
Five kinds of work, with the practical questions answered in full rather than hidden behind an enquiry.
What I photograph
Five kinds of work, each approached with the same care.
-
The whole day, told properly — from the quiet of the morning to the last of the dancing.
-
Two people, a mairie or a garden, and nobody to perform for.
-
A walk through the city that happens to be photographed.
-
Planned in advance, photographed from a distance, and never noticed.
-
Editorial portraiture on location, in daylight, without a studio.
Answers
The practical questions, answered
How long does it take to receive the photographs?
-
Allow 3 to 4 weeks to receive a finished gallery.
A short preview of a few frames usually arrives before the full set, so you have something to share in the meantime.
How many photographs are delivered from a wedding?
-
Ozgur Canbulat delivers 500 to 800 edited photographs from a full Paris wedding day.
1,500+ frames are taken across the day, and the final gallery is selected from those frames.
Are the photographs edited individually?
-
Yes. Every delivered photograph is edited personally, one at a time, and none of it is batch-processed.
What format do the files arrive in?
-
Photographs are captured in RAW and delivered as high-resolution JPEG files, sized for printing as well as for screens.
Do you travel outside Paris?
-
Yes. Ozgur Canbulat is based in Paris and photographs weddings and sessions throughout France and internationally.
There is no travel fee within Île-de-France. Travel beyond it is charged and is quoted before you book, not afterwards.
How do we book a date?
-
A 25% deposit is paid on signing and holds the date. The balance is due on the day itself.
What does it cost?
-
A full wedding day starts at €3,200 for up to ten hours. The shorter bookings start lower, and every figure is set out below.
What moves the figure is the length of the day, the number of locations and the travel. Send the date and the outline of the day and you will get an exact number back for it.
Is there a second photographer?
-
Ozgur works alone. One photographer, one point of view, and one person to keep track of on the day.
Which languages do you work in?
-
French, English and Turkish. Write in whichever of the three you are most comfortable in and the reply will come back in the same language.
What it costs
Prices, and what is in them
Every figure below is a starting point for that kind of booking. What moves it is the length of the day, the number of locations and the travel — so the honest version is a figure quoted for your date, not a package you have to fit into.
