Who is responsible for your information?

Ozgur Canbulat, a photographer based in Paris, France, trading under SIRET 81153628300021. He is the data controller for anything submitted through this website.

For anything on this page — a request to see what is held, to correct it or to delete it — write to [email protected].

What does this website collect?

Only what you type into the enquiry form, and only when you send it.

  • Your name and email address, which are required in order to reply
  • A phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give one
  • The type of photography, the date and the location, if you give them
  • How you found this website, if you choose to say
  • Whatever you write in the message field

There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no comment section. Nothing is collected from you simply for reading a page.

Does this site use cookies?

No. This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

That is why there is no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.

Where does the information go?

Your enquiry is delivered to Ozgur by email and nowhere else. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with any other supplier.

Two services handle it in transit:

  • The website host, which serves the pages and runs the form endpoint
  • The email provider, which delivers the enquiry and your confirmation

How long is it kept?

Enquiries are kept as email for as long as they are useful — a booking that happened is kept for the duration of the legal record-keeping obligation, and an enquiry that came to nothing is deleted on request.

What are your rights?

Under the GDPR you can ask to see what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and Ozgur has one month to respond.

Write to the address at the top of this page. If you are not satisfied with the response you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

What about the photographs?

Photographs of clients appear on this website only where that has been agreed. Nothing from a proposal session is published without explicit permission. If you are in a photograph here and would rather not be, say so and it comes down.
